A couple of problems stick out at me. First, I think the irises are too small. The eyeballs also don't quite fill the socket. Second, the hands and feet are too fat, and the fingers and toes are too short. Third, her lips go straight across. If you find just about any ref, the line where the upper and lower lips meet is usually a soft 'w' or 'm' shape. Fourth, the skull around her eyes seems kind of thick. Her cheekbones are also strong. Making these bones more delicate should give your model a more feminine look. Fifth, the jawline slopes too much. Women have more square jaws, producing a jawline that is closer (but not too close) to horizontal.
It is my opinion that the outside ends of the eyebrows (as well as the corresponding bone structure) are too high. The model also might look better if the eyelashes didn't curve up so much. You should also try to anti-alias the hair some (I'm not positive, but you may have to enable hair anti-aliasing in Sas lite).

I just dont care for the hair style. Can you maybe try a different style? Also the feet look a little sloped on the front side. But looking good overall! Keep us posted.

On the track bro, coupleof crits tho; the face is quite mannish, the forehead could be softened a bit. Overall the face looks quite 'strong', a taste thing really, not a major prob, but you could shorten the length of the nose and the face generally.

The knees and the thighs just above them are a bit thin, the muscles might do with some thickening. also the area where the thighs join the waist is a bit funky.

Good luck, looking good tho
