Hey guys,
Wondering if you could help me out. We rendered a few passes from Maya on PC as an IFF sequence and brought that into After Effects and comped it at 16bit on a Mac. Now, we want to take the composited shots from AE and move them to Final Cut Pro HD as a 10bit Blackmagic Quicktime. We tried to render it from AE as a 10bit Blackmagic, however we noticed the shots werre dramatically darker. Now we're thinking about exporting from AE as a TIFF sequence and turn it into a clip through Quicktime Pro, however I think that'll be a sigificant drop in quality.
