And, is there any tutorial on HOW to configure and rig a face?

Try this one. As for games I really dont know much cause I thinck there is a limit of joints per character.

Not exactly a tutorial, but this Animation World Network article on Naughty Dog's Jak and Daxter (http://mag.awn.com/index.php?ltype=Special+Features&category2=Gaming&article_no=1613) has some great info.
it depends on the game engine, really-
there's merit for bone based systems as well as blendshape/morph target, or combinations-
for a game, you're really making the best rigging compromises for the hardware and tons of art assests that go into it, and any rig change can have profound ramifications.
On my last project, we used Jason Osipa's method of building a UI that drove both bones and blendshapes and it worked great.
