CGTalk - Dual Monitor Help

I am having problems running a dual monitor setup with my newly aquired XSI 4.0 Foundation. As it first loads up it spans the width of both monitors, but then maximizes in the primary screen. I did not have this problem with the XSI 3.0 EXP version. I have a 20in at 1600x1200 and 17 in at 1280x1024. Is there a preference/layout that I am missing somewhere? I would love to run the Netviewer in a separate view! Thanks in advance for you help!
