Hi,

Something strange is happening here... :argh:
When i try to batchrender an Animation of a Character i get following rendertimes:

Frame1: 10min
Frame2: 30min
Frame3: 2h30min

I´m rendering with MR
The Char is a Subdivision Model
The File is a *ma with 108MB

I also recogniced a 2nd Version of my file with the addition: "filename___3204.mb"
Size: 57,4MB - Okay, this could be because the new created file is oddly an *.mb

Some ideas?

Are you using particles or softbodies?

Or a heavy motion-blur?

Can you display your animation easely in maya in shaded mode?

Is there a missing texture or an unmounted disk?

Hi rollmops,

Thanks for your reply, but i solved the problem.
A MR Diplacement and Subdivision Aproximation Node on my Subdivision Shape caused the growing rendertimes. After deleting those attributes i´m back on my 2-3 minutes per frame :)
