is there a "nudge" for verts or objects like the nudge tool in photoshop? the nudge in photoshop lets you move a selection a pixel at a time in the direction you tap, or (when holding shift) ten pixels at a time. can you "nudge" verts?

yep.. i think the ALT and the arrow keys let you move anything selected by a pixel..

In addition to the built in pixel distance nudger, you can quickly build your own custom nudge tools by clearing the script window's history, grabbing any object and moving it the desired nudger direction and distance, then dragging the resulting relative move command to the shelf as a button.
