let me describe the situation i am currently having,
i created a poly plane, point snap 4 poly cube onto each corner of the plane. convert the poly plane into cloth. select each corner's vertices and polycube and give it a transform constraint. selected all the verts in the of the polyplane and gave it a oliision constraint. also increased the solver scale from 1 to 20. everything looks alright so far.
i also created a nurbs sphere, translate y with 5, make it collidable with cloth then gave it a gravity.
the animation plays and the cloth is affected by the ball when it is falling. and here is the problem. the cloth kept on dragging down by the sphere like there's no tension to the cloth. are there any attribute that set the tension of the cloth so that the cloth will actually catch the sphere and bounce back a bit? have been playing with all the offset in collision node and attribute node. couldn't find one that will do the work. please help.

Cloth objects can be effected by collison objects but collison objects can't be effected by cloth. The only way to actually catch the sphere in the cloth is to make the sphere itself a cloth object. Then if you increase the stiffness of the sphere to an insane amount it should appear as if it was a regular old poly-sphere being caught by the cloth.

Good luck.
