here is a character I had modelled in the past...he finds his home in a post-Apocolyptic storyline already...
...I will be starting form scratch for this challenge, so this guy, TeeVee, will be on hold... I just wanted to share him with you all...
I have some wicked ideas for this challenge...expect something "cartoony" and off the wall...
ps: the above character is copywrighted....so dont get any funny ideas ;)
PPS: you can see "TeeVee" in motion on my demo reel at www.bentllama.com

I think we killed yet an other server... The CG Channel syndrome is invading CG Talk and crashing more and more servers.
Our new slogan inspired by Microsoft: What server can we crash for you today?

Server's working fine. Too bad about the dial-up connection, though. :)

Thanks for the kind remarks guys...
Actually, the PIXAR characters you see on my reel were for the PS2 version for the Monsters Inc title. All of the animation on the reel is my own, after all I am predominantly an animator...
The gray, hard-shaded models on my reel are my own models, and the PIXAR characters were brilliantly modelled by another dude. I am gonna try to get him involved in this contest...so watch out! ;)
I also do alot of character rigging and setup and am very technical with Maya.
With my 2d animation background and 3d skillset you are gonna see some great stuff [least I hope you think that] from me.
After all I have to put out some great stuff to keep up to par with alot of you modellers here! :)
By the way, i just accepted a postion with a "triple A" games company to work on the follow up release to one of last/this years hottest titles...I am very excited!!!
Thanks for looking at my stuff!!!
(ps: I think we should have an animation challenge sometime too ;))
