i dont know how to do metal well lol, and the handle is supposed to be seethrough glas material, i coudlnt do that as well lol, and the center is supposed to glow a bit,

go easy guys, im still really new at this, but any suggestions for next time are appreciated,

Just a quick thought, I would suggest skipping the Video Post thing and go for the Effects dialogbox. Ie. Rendering menu -> Effects.

The Video Post feature has been abandoned since.. R3 or something to that effect.

(not that you can't or musn't use Video Post, but for standard glow and such I belive Discreet suggests using the Effects thing nowadays)

let me say now i have never seen a tutorial showing you how to do a light saber glow that bad! use This (http://www.theforce.net/theater/postproduction/sabres/sabertutorials.html) one, it is the one every fanfilm at fanfilms.com uses, and there are hundreds if not thousands of people there. Just compare yours to mine you can see a big difference
