Now, i don't want an full explenation. I would just want someone to tell me how i can composite my animations into a movie..

For instance let's say i have a animation made in Lightwave of a car that is driving, how can i get this into the movie ive shot the week before? Can you mask it in somehow? in a program like after effects or something? I have read about camera matching and such.

But i can't find a tutorial that simply tells me how to get my "car" into my movie.

You guys will have my full gratitude if you lend me some of you'r time to help this poor newbie.. :)

Cheers..

Tobias

It really depends if your camera is moving or not. If it's not, your in luck. Pick out one image you wanna use and do a camera projection. Try rebuilding the street or any other side walk so you can have refrence to where the car is gonna drive to. This also helps with shadows later in yoru composite. Now make your street/sidewalks no rendrable and just try to capture the car. Make sure to render on a black background so you can add a alpha mask to your car. Add some blur now, or add it in post later. Tell me when you get atleast that far. Then we can talk about comping it the car later
