View Full Version : Applying Effects to animated Hierarchies

I'd just like to know if this would be possible in Messiah. I know we can apply effects to objects. But I have two objects, a musical stave (staff?) - the usual 5 horizontal lines of musical notation, and I have a note dancing up and down the lines. Now, I want to deform the whole animation with something like Flex, to make the whole thing move organically..

Is this possible in Messiah?

Sure, why not.

Add a bone-deformation to the lines object, and put it as last in the stack.
Animate at will, set the effect to affect the other object too.
