Had to use some reference for the body, because I only had 20 min. Those with a high gamma setting might even see the síluette of someone in the window. Man, what a rush job!

Its like 5 in the morning so I made it quick...about 20 min in PS CS with a Wacom Tablet. This is the first time I have really ever tried anything like this. Sounds like a really cool idea though! I look forward to entering in future contests ;)

I think there is nothing special to it, what you like is probably that ist all done with rather fast strokes, which brings a certain dynamic.
