That's my last building project in chicago. This is the presentation that I gave to my client.

not bad at all, it looks a little flat, like you have used just dome lighting. A bit of sunshine might help, brigth orange sunlight streaming in from the right with sharp shadows while having a blue tint to the the darker areas would make the image stand out
