Started this at work today.. still a huge WIP and I have just tons of problems with eyes, nose and mouth.. C&C is welcome as well as any suggestions.
Updated it a bit what do you guys think now? Its still a big WIP, as I need to define here face more as well as work on eyelids and the whole eye are. But still suggestions are very welcome.
If you have any tips on how to model the area around the eyes I would defenatelly want to hear that. Thanks in advance!

good start. One tip is to always model with eyeballs in place, it fills in the anoying holes, and also guides the overall eye area. Just quickly looking, I think you might want to move her brow foward a bit, and soften the outside of the eye area for the fatty fleshy area. As you said the nose is a bit sharp in areas and kinda fades in the middle. I think her jaw might be wider too. Good start, post some updates :) (and could you post smaller pics :D, about 700 w should be good

Gonna take this oportunity to tell you about the day Milla came into my department at work, in a department store.
I worked in the department that handled things like MP3 players, discmans, Palms, that kind of thing. And she came to the exact spot where I used to work.
Sadly, I'd cucked a sicky that day.
Stupid, stupid, stupid...

Look the noze and mouth, I think that's not really correct.
Now I understand that's it's hard to make a character face and specially a women face.
I think you should spend more time observing details.
Good luck :)

What modeling method are you using? Detailing in or out? It looks to me like you're detailing in, starting with a basic geometric shape and adding detail to refine and refine until you achieve your goal. I've found it advantageous when creating likenesses to start with 8 or nine points defining the shape of the eye lids and extruding those to create the browe the cheek and the forehead. Doing the same with the nostrils to create the nose and the bridge. And then the same with the mouth to create the lips, chin and jaw. Then joining them all together. When you have nice frontal and side shots you almost can't go wrong.

Damn, too bad you were sick. I've always wondered what she looks like in person, cause half the movies she's pretty and half she's just weird lookin.

l_farley13_l : Thanks for reply. Working on your comments right now.
Spike: Another one for you. Since Im russian and she also is, I saw here at one of the clubs in Moscow once, before she was in The Fifth Element.
The Ripper: What do you think now?
BTW, I got like 100 photos of her. I think I know Mila more then her mam does.
miguel446: Kind of combination of both. I basically detail in but I started with an eye area and the created a rough face.
Anthony: She is pretty in reallife. =)
Here are some more updates:
Don't look at eyeballs and hair. its really somethink that I made in few seconds to put there.

below is a link to a modeled Milla (spelling)
And yes she is one of the most beautifull females on the planet. What makes her what she is are specially the mouth and the nose.
You have made the nostrils open to the sides which is in away correct but you have exaggerated it too much. Also the wings of nose (probably not very official term) are incorrect. She (the real life one) has sharp curves defining the upper edge of the nose wings (the parts on the side/above the nostrils).
You can see it in the photos. Also the mouth and lips are weird. Just look at the photos and seek for differences - they are quite obvious. Also I recommend you shape the head to somewhat standard proportios also. Now that it is quite far from average head it is quite difficult to see if some dimensions are correct.
Keep on working. If you get it look like her it is worth it
(what a nerd comment ;) what I mean is that it is great challenge)
