this is a fast walk i did, ,to test some thing of my rig, somethig i want to ask, is for animation,
is better to have a walk cylce (on the same place) and then move the masterNull,
or to have to animate, every thing for each steap?
if any body seen con cosman cd of animation, i heard he show how to use compose tab,
if he show how to use it blending with other motion, something intersting, or just how to copy a walk and thats all?
thanks

Very nice looking character, Pelos. As far as the walking cycle goes... well, it looks a tad robotic. If she's a Cyborg, then you're in good shape. :)
If she's not, I would consider this - the weight of the body is transferred and centered over the carrying leg and the knee bends a bit inwards to help accomplish this balancing act. I hope that makes sense - if not, I would refer to Muybridge for reference. :)

Hmmm... i think moving everything each step is better, because otherwise you get some footsliding problems. Walkcycles in place are mostly used for game animations.
Joe Cosman has five videos about compose on his animation cd and only the very first one is about cycling a motionclip. the others are about mixing different animationclips and retargeting animations from one character to another.

Pelos,
This is a good 1st step. You've got the base motion of what you want... now tweak the rest. What you should do now is hide the top half and work on just the pelvis, legs and feet. Once you've made those look great work on the opposite. By doing so, this allows you to focus on one part of the motion and not get distracted by all the other motions going on in your scene/cycle.
With IK, you need to watch out for you archs. Make sure the arm rotates in an arch, if the ik doesn't, that's ok. The bad part about ik is that it's solving from point A to point B, and it will take the shortest path there.
Keep going at it, lets see the next phase!
