View Full Version : fisheye distortion?
bilbo3d 07-28-2004, 03:59 PM does anyone know a way to convert footage to fisheye in shake? i'm looking for something similar to the "warp" distortion in after effects.
this is strictly for comping layouts in a 180° dome, so the output doesn't need to perfect (though it would be nice).
thanks for looking,
bill

There are a couple of ways you may want to try :
What version of shake are you using ?
if it 3.5 just use the warper !!
else
pinCushion :
or you could take an rGrad and use it as the backgruond input of an I displace.
if they aint enough for you you could go to highend 2d and download either the non-precise warper or the meticulous waper
or you could download ae for shake and do it the ae way !

i ended up finding something close to what i was shooting for in the reference manual. how emabarassing. the warpX node rocks.
thanks for the help, Aneks!
