I've always liked cartoony demons, there's something ironic about making something that is supposed to be absolute evil appealing. Ok, I'm just crazy :P Anyway, crit if ya want to.

nice, photoshop???? i do work like this sometimes too by first drawing on paper, and scanning it then redrawing it in photoshop.

Nice illustration, I like the bold black out line, it gives it a graphic style. It looks like it can be a logo, or a Tattoo. Again nice work, keep them coming.
