please confirm the deadline for CGC Challenge Nr.2

Since most of us have a proffessional career as well (i suppose :D)
I would like some confirmation on this. It isn't very clear to me.

wich is it? can one of the moderators please confirm. This is important for me since I have some other obligations mid february I would like to join, but only if the deadline isn't too near.
