I still don't know if the colors are good, but I know for sure I have to work on the contrast, more highligths and more darkened parts =).

Any suggestions for the background?

ummh.... maybe the bunny stands in a blender and then
u add a teardrop to corner of one of its eyes ?

or it has just hatched from an egg ?
then there could be a horrified chicken in the background

maybe the bunny is a present and has just ripped itself
out of the giftwrap ?

the bunny could be a salesman and you could draw in the
background a marketplace with baskets of more carrots and
other stuff too

maybe the bunny is a sole survivor of a mad car crash and
actually consists of parts of all the creatures in the crash ..mmhh.. err

what if it's a huge bunny that has just walked through carrot town,
smashed many buildings and stolen the carrot king ?

you could put the bunny as tattoo on somebody's shoulder , somebody
who's just waking up and who's had the tattoo done by by an unknown
stranger when he was unconscious ?

there u go , not great ideas but ideas nonetheless :)

yea mutation , that green horn-like thing on it's head
would be like a materialized thought , like "me hungry,
must find carrot to eat". Then the thought would've
repeated during days so often that it not fit in the skull
no more n had burst out n continued to repeat , forming
the "horn"

I would have him surrounded by hundreds of cute little white bunnies that all looked the same. Think that would kind of make a statement....I think. Nice art. :thumbsup:

Glad you dug the idea. Make sure the bunnies are really cute to contrast with the hideous mutant bunny you made. Makes it seem funnier. Can't wait to see it.

I hate those carrots and I hope I never see a carrot in my life again ;)
Anyway, I have some shading left with the carrots, but it might be an hour or two left on them.

are you going to draw in anything else behind the character/carrots/tree ?? that blank blue color looks too boring, other than that it looks good

Thanks rayanx0r, I'm not sure what I'll draw behind it all, but at least there will be a blue sky. Maybe some trees or a mountain, maybe you have any suggestions? =)

Anyway, this is my last update for today, I see carrots everyweare I look :D

I have a new idea,

Imagine the tree without the leaves, just a plain, rotten tree.
And then you see carrots attatched to the tree with small ropes, the bunny would had put them there in order to "fool" the viewer that carrot trees do exist.
If I did that the quote "Who said carrots don't grow on trees?" would fit =)

What do you think?
