hey..
as i think of my past years in maya i have the opinion that alias|wavefront should reward ppl for sending in bug reports.
a lot of my questions to the support were maya bugs in the end. but my company had to pay to get the positive answer from alias: yes. that is a bug. we logged it.
i think it is a pitty paying for something that is not my fault.
without the support contract you can only log the bugs on the alias page without ever getting to know if it was a bug and if it is gonna be fixed in the next version.
my opinion: alias shoud reward this.
maybe something like: every actual bug that you find as the first one gives you the possibility to answer one question to support..
or maybe something else.
any ideas?
