Somehow I don't think you're going to get any constructive answers with that kind of question. What is it that you need help with? The actual texturing proces? UVW mapping? Painting realistic skin? You also might want to check out the Texturing forum for help.

It depends... If you're exporting to a rendering program, some of those do procedural texturing (which is nice). Then you just map your material zones while in Wings3D and let the renderer do the work when you import it. The other option is to map the model with UVs in Wings3D. Then find the template and use it as a reference in a 2D image editing program. Make a painted texture map and then apply it to the model in whatever renderer you're using.
