That image you've linked to is on your hard drive, you'll need to upload it to a site & link from there, or attach it to a message.

In terms of fire, theres a few ways of going about it

1. try using the fire effect atmospheric with some atmospheric apperati & some particles- could be time consuming & not very realistic unless you know what your doing (check the Max docs)

2. Buy a plugin for out-of-the-box style flame effects (Phoenix does some nice flames)

3. do it in post, you could either get some stock flame footage & composite that over, or use some 2D particles in something like Illusion or Combustion...
