The jawline/shin area shows some subsurface pinching, check if you have mesh triangles in that area. Aside from that and the weird looking eyebrown it is a perfect work.
How did you achieved those eye textures?

I'm wondering why an old man has baby-smooth skin.

 I'm really sorry, sending answers takes too much time because I'm a noob. So, here is an update:
-I review the "boxy" chin
-I used rampshaders instead of my old light settings ( I used only 1 simple lamp here)
- I add wrinckles to the bumpmap( He throws his botox away :p)
-I put him a specmap ( spec on nose, chin.)
- I put colors on his lips.
- and........be bald is not a crime :p

much better than previous one.
I see 2 problems :
- skin lools a bit plastic ans is very homogeneous. An old man would have variations of tan
- the ear is a bit strange

How you tried the stahlberg lightning tutorial??
This head could use that.
