CGTalk - SPM Error ?????

Please someone help me how to fix this annoying error that I get very often...
sometimes softimage runs again fine when I restart the computer, but sometimes it doesn't...

Just don't know what causes that and how to avoid that...

make sure your licence driver is running.

Also set the SPM service to run automatically when you log in.

With as much as you shelled out for the package, I am sure they will be more than helpful solving license issues. I think they even have a 1.800 number.
