She looks a little flat, and the background needs to be fixed. But other than that, it's great :) keep up the good work!

I think you are on the right track here. A couple of crits though: The face looks a bit to small for her wide shoulders.

All of the elements seem to be a little too tight, like you created them on seperate layers and created sharp lines, this is giving it kind of a collaged appearence.
The dress does not seem to react to her breasts at all.
Her right arm looks good, but her left shoulder/armpit/arm is a bit large, or needs to be defined a bit better with shading.
Her left arm looks uncomfortable, try holding your hand/arm at that angle and you will see that you need to rotate the elbow away from the viewer a bit and change the angle of the arm.

I very much like the colors you have used, they make for a very relaxed mood.
