Hi everyone,

Big thanks to Olijosman for writing about the making of his stunning illustration "Wake Up Baby!!" for us, and to Leigh for the interview.

Beautiful piece, I love the expression on the girl!! So mischeivous!
Great colours, her smooth skin really contrasts with the dark, rusty world around her..

I loved this image the first time I saw it on the boards, and it hasn't lost a bit of its charm. :)

First of all thanks for sharing.. the explantation was great and allowed me to see just how amazing this image really is.. congratz on a job well done! you are gifted.. and you are using your powers for the good of mankind so I thank you once again... damn that was pretty cheesy wasn't it? It took me awhile to realize that the robot was actually just "sitting up" rather then walking THROUGH the warehouse.

Very impressive all around.

ahhh finally an Interview with this man

because in my opinion he is one of the greatest artists in the history of this planet

I was kindda disappointed that he doesn’t look like his avatar though

i opened picture and said myself " so great colours and style like in Bouguereau's works!" , and then opened interviw and read about influence:) i havnt words -great great great!!!
