I hope this isn't too harsh.

I would start over.

Look on the net for or take a front and side and profile shot of your own head. It’s okay to use references, make image planes in your views and use the references there. The model you have there would be too much work to get it corrected. The general shape of the head is wrong. The eyes are too far apart and lack the eye lids that one needs. The upper lip looks strange and no cheek bones. Don't worry your first model is always a little rough. Just remember to either get references and it also helps to draw it out.

Here are some links for human heads.

Okay, several things need some fixing. The area between his nose and mouth has several problems. It looks too long and looks like it has stretch marks. The way the head is connecting to the neck looks like the character is wearing a mask. The shape of the head isn't correct. the top of the head above the brow goes back much too far. Yes, the cheeks are a problem and the eyes need some work as well. Did you use any photo reference for this model? My suggestion is get some reference, really study human anatomy, and look at CG models that experienced modelers have made and see how they did it. Find some tutorials on building humans. There are several great modelers on this website. It will take time and effort to master organic modeling but with perseverance you can do it! Keep plugging. :buttrock:
