:scream: Every time I try to use soft body dynamics the result looks like some kind of CRazed jello mixture glued on to a poor victm!
Could someone help me with the values of the softbody? I haven't been able to get them to give me the right result!
Thanks!

P.s.
I want the ears to behave sort of like rope and flop around lying on the top of the head!
Thanks again!

Hey Corey,

You may be able to increase the internal pressure so that it moves more like it's made of one piece. I copied the following from the "chikega's corner" thread:

This following GIF is showing a couple things. First, that the Soft Body Dynamics is being limited to a named Surface. This is one contiguous mesh but with two different Surfaces - note the color difference. Second, the Internal Pressure setting is being animated from "5" to "20" and back to "5". This effect can be put to good use to create a breathing Jelly-like creature or used as a static effect to "fill out" a pair of breasts. That way, they appear to be fluid filled yet solid instead of cloth like. :)

Thanks for your responses guys!
I was actually thinking of a more rope/solid/floppy look for my ears.
NOT the jelly effect. Any more Ideas?
Thanks!

Ok, look at this scene. I created a chain using motion dynamics. It's stiff. I know what you mean about making a rope though. I'm trying to get the motion dynamics not to stretch, and not shake and jitter at the same time.

Good Idea!
Your link's broken BTW!

Try the link now. It should be there.

Drop softbodies..use motion dynamics on some bones.

Did my scene help? I'd like to know if you've got something working nicely. Thanks!

wOW~
Thats a really cool scene you did there stoer!
Thanks! It helped. I think I figured it out with the motion dynamics and that type of stuff.
Thanks guys!
