CGTalk - Hardware Shaders

Anyone know how I can get hold of hardware shaders for the Pixel Shader material in MAX4 to work on my GeForce3. The only one I can see is a reflection shader. Lovely though it is, has anyone else found a source of more such as toon shaders etc?
