hi guys.i have a realy bad problem in maya rendering.
i do make commercials for tv and i'm using a "velocity dps video card".when i see my renders on the tv,there are some jagged in some edges(in most of them),and it looked like the antialise is low,but it's on HIGHEST QUALITY and SHADING=3(even when i grow it to 10,nothing changes).even mental ray have this problem,i've checked it on a "PVR DPS VIDEO CARD",and every other videocards.but when i render with other softwares like 3dmax or lightwave,or houdini,the edges are smooth and antyalised.
i've seen others have this problem too with maya.
i've got one solution for this,i use a triangle filter with the value of X=2.2_Y=3 so the jagged are gone and my edges are smooth,but i've lost the sharpness of my picture.
attention:the images are fine on the monitor but when they go to the tv= :banghead:
any one has a good solution?
