hi... i have two problems with max i hope you can help me

i dont't know exactly what or where i went wrong but while i was low poly modeling the gizmo and some prefrences went wrong... is there any way to go default... i tried to look for button but it didn't find it...

also i have a plugin human ik demo but sometimes it loads and and sometimes it doesnt, when it does load each time it congrates me...wtf...plz help

Delete you 3dsmax.ini file and restart Max. This will reset every thing to defaults.

Plugin loading will not be affected as this is saved into another ini file.
