Now I finally finished the Samurai. I hope you like him... ;)

Modeling, Mapping, Rigging and Rendering in 3ds max 6 / Light Tracer, Texture work in Photoshop 7.

i would say the forearms and wrists could use a bit more shape and definition. they look good in certain angles, but i don't think they look good in 3d space. also, the mouth looks kind of strange compared to your reference image.

overall great job though!

I think the forearms are "good enough". Anyway not worse than the rest of the model. ;)
I didn't try to get exaclty the look of the reference images. I just created the textures with them.
