hi, i think i commented else where on this, but something doesnt look right abou the mouth, not sure if its shape or possition, i would certainly take a look at a bit more ref. material and just check it

The skin looks to be one solid grey color. There needs to be more variation. Here is a reference photo to show what I mean:

It looks to me like your going for a really close encounter. I'd add some motion blur and more chaos to the scene (more particulate splash). Could take this pic from an interesting image to a freaky experience.

also note, when sharks attack (bite) they dont have their eyes exposed. Depending on the species, the eyes will either "retreat" into the socket, or be covered by a special eyelid (closes from side to side)
