I've already posted him in finished work but I was hoping for some real criticism from here, I would really like to hear it. go to www.mythic.com (http://www.mythic.com) and find screen shots for Dark Age of Camelot to see the type of model I was going for.http://stu.aii.edu/~ejs271/esmythianweb.jpg

His narrow waist and flaring thigh armor gives him a slightly feminine profile. He needs a thick waist, especially considering the weight of his upper body. I'd also give him thicker legs.

Technology is changing every second. I think you need to add a but-load more polys! :scream:

slash: ya i see what your saying, I was havign alot of trouble deciding how i wanted the waist to look with the thigh armor. I dont think I will change it for now, I am moving on to the next model.

joss: The point was that he is low poly, not b/c i cant do higher but b/c its based on a basically low poly game. I realize my link above is wrong but look at this link: http://www.gamerzedge.com/img/catacombs/sshot002%20(2).jpg
the character on the right is the state the game is at now. this is what my character was made to fit in. The left how the game will look in december. Anyway, I guestimated that the character on the right is probably around 1k so my model is 890.

hey i agree so much with this note and i would like to add that the width of the shoulder is very small compared to the Width of the Neck . c ? . in the side section try to build some curvy Chest , instead of being this straight , also the calf muscles ..u can increase the shoulder by enlarging the deltoids too..
i recommend u take a look at a book called : Dynamic Art Anatomy by Burnie Hogarth
he will Help u so much get these anatomy tricks in 3dsh dynamic pov , but u have to work on the distortions ,ur way .. Good luck
