NOTE TO MODS: I realised after the fact that my title is done wrong. Tryed to change it but it's still showing up with out enviroment in the title.
2d painting done in photoshop, Lighting is supposed to be Blacklight only, the tree's glow with it. I am getting close to being finished with this and for the first time I colored a grey scale first. It seemed to have helped me but now when I pull back the highlight's look flat to me. I am not sure if the ground is ok left in such a simple state of blotches of color and I am concerned about the one branch with a molted look. It was my idea of my how to stop the flat look but Is it hurting the picture more? I appreciate the feedback and if you have a 2d picture you want critiqued you can ask me and I'll try. (I'm not very good at critiquing 3d stuff though I don't know much about it)
