This is such a wonderful, gentle study I'm hesitant to make any sugestions...
My only crit would be to watch your shadows and light source. I like the pastel feel but think you could go a smidge darker in the foreground. Her hair, blouse, front of the bar are all details where the values could be a bit darker. Great piece!
