CGTalk - Where is "Creat Subdiv" in Maya 4.5?

I use Maya 4.5,I find tutorial of hand,it shows "Creat Subdiv" first,but I can't find it in Maya 4.5,if u know,tell me,thanks.

and then select the appropriate combination

but is it the same "creat subdiv" as "Polygons to Subdiv"?

Curious as to how you are using Maya 4.5 since it isnt released yet....and as someone who would be beta testing, should know where it is. Hmmmm.....funny. :shame:
