I have a major problem. I have forgotten my password to sign into my email account in Outlook Express. Is there anything that I can do to try to retrieve it or not? It wont even let me delete the account without punching in the password.

Any help would be appreciated

You can give a phonecall to your ISP or wherever your email address is hosted (or if it's something like hotmail, you can find links to 'forgot your password?' pages).
