Alrighty, my immediate impression was a front page for a Science or even Sci Fi image. The hues of red and dark blue, give a very isolated feeling, and the negative-film like effects of the boy, bring across to me like he is the focus of a story, a wierd science experiment story, and the guy in the central picture is the protagonist.

Just the impression I get from just glancing at it. Is this feeling your going for is a kind of hard nosed clinical feel?

Cool. It is quite an interesting image. It looks like you are torn between your son and your computer. I like the windows icons, but I think the colored outlines are overpowering in some places, if they were maybe broken or faded in some places it would be nice... and I like the lines radiating from the eye, it gives a photographic based image a nice graphic feel. If you know what I mean... good work!
