Ok I modeled the greys based of a drawing I scanned a while ago and it was stolen from area 51! ahah jokes..could be.. I'll post it as well. I still need to add the little ear lobe on the head and yeah the body as well :) whata think so far? or are yeah gunna critt when theres a body? let me know! anyways take care.

Looks good so far. A cool idea, not noticeable in the reference picture, would be to add more structural definition around the eye orbits in your model. A sort of underlying bone structure. Maybe make a sketch of how his skull would look to use as a secondary ref picture as you progress further with your model.
