What strikes me is that he has huge feet, but tiny hands. It seems like if he had tiny hands, he'd have tiny feet too.

The three horns on his back are kind of basic monster dress-up and don't look like they belong.

Looks like you're having fun with ZBrush though! Keep at it!

From the side view it looks like even though he has elbows, it will be impossible from him to actually bend his arms.

The lower jaw does not look like it is has a pivot point. It's a huge mouth, with narly teeth, yet there are no strong bones or muscles evident on the side of the jaw.

There are problems with the model where his feet are attached. Some sort of modeling artifact.

For a bipedal creature with so much upper weight I would exepect the legs to be at least the same width (or wider) as the arms. They have a lot of weight to carry and need to be a thick solid base to support the creature.

thanks for the great comments the character is cartoonish this explains the proportional issues.

are you referring to the size of the bicep and forearm ?

Thanks for the comment GavinB the characters were designed to be cartoonish that explains the short fingers.
