Hey Vasa.
I would pay close attention to both my values and textures.
For example, the hair is reading as a stringy mass without any definition. If you added a definitive light source (is it from the upper left?) and associated highlights on just the hair you would go a long way to giving the ladies head some depth and roundness. The shirt and undershirt are also a bit too grey.
Pencil is IMHO one of the most difficult mediums to control. You can find yourself in a matter of minutes looking at a grey "almost there" mess.
Add some definitive lights, darks and differentiate the various textures (hair, skin, fabric) and you'll have a great piece.
Thanks a lot Cloudmover!
Yes you right, the hair is definitely wrong. I'am in trouble, when
i try drawing hair (especially with pencil), and i'am afraid the ref. photo
is'nt helped a lot.
And the values... I'll try to redraw she.
