Yes, I know there are a few out there, but none that give the character justice, so I decided to make him myself. Oh well, here is the glasses and face ( I have most of the face done, just need to mirror it and make the eyes and side of face, then I will do ear, neck, and hair.

:UPDATE:
Messed with nose shape, redid side of face ( MANY LESS POLYS ) took out unnessisary polys on front of face that messed up smoothed image.
Believe it or not, but max tells me its only 102 polys, yay ( poly count for HL2 is 7500,lol.

The ear is much too high. Try also to improve the cheekarea and I'd give the front face some more edgeloops to better define it.

I'm not great at proportions, but these caught my eye.

The ear is too high up. Usually, the top of the ear is parallel tot he top of the eye and the bottom of the ear is parallel to the bottom of the nose. I use that as a reference when I draw. See if you can find some reference art of Vash and use it as image planes perhaps? I know they have some at this site. http://www.anime-model-sheets.com/

Try to work out some edge loops and get the face a bit smoother. This website is a great reference for faces. Look at other peoples wireframes to try to get an idea for your workflow. Believe me, it helps.

Ear is much to high and way to far behind the eyes, get some head references and replace the ear, other then that it seems to look like him been a while since i watched trigun

I did him once, high poly, not a game model. his cloak flapped and everything, but that was when I had Max4 and simcloth. now with max6 he kinda looks weird with his cloak sticking up, argh when will simcloth be made for max 6.

sorry for the poor quality

there is a simcloth version for max6. I have it. Dont remember where I got it so you'll have to do some searching. If you dont find it, use reactor cloth.

aesir, I made the cloak especially for simcloth, when I use reactor, it explodes.

Sure, knock yourself out

CrossFire

sry, not trying to bug you, what refs did you use? I am just curious, cause mine has a poly limit of 7500 (body and head and hair) and therefor should be more cartoonie than realistic like yours.

Ha, I know what you're doing, you're to lazy to find all the references yourself.
I comment you on your laziness.
I made the gun from a VHS tape of trigun and a picture of a keychain, sdk.itcomputing.co.za/animebooks-com.jpg
his body and head I sketched myself. sdk.itcomputing.co.za/vashfront.jpg sdk.itcomputing.co.za/vashside.jpg sdk.itcomputing.co.za/triCloak1.jpg
I kept going through my friends' VHS tapes of trigun, playing and stopping, rewinding and playing, just to get his cloak right.
found an old WIP pic sdk.itcomputing.co.za/WIPtrigun.jpg
