Leigh, hopefully you read this. I tried PM'ing you but it seems you're not taking any messages.

I'm trying to get the missing PSD file(s) that were supposed to be on your book's CD. I contacted WordWare and got an email response from Wes a couple of weeks ago saying he was getting in touch with you to arrange for the files to be available on WordWare's site. So far nothing. The one in particular that's missing is the Eye Texture PSD mentioned on p.446. I'm not sure yet if there are other files missing. The missing file is not a real biggie but I'd like to see it for reference.

Great book, tho'!

TIA...

Yo Signal, I sent the file to Wes quite some time ago... and he put it on the site. You can download it right here - http://www.wordware.com/texturing/

Direct link to the PSD file (http://www.wordware.com/texturing/7.3_Eyeball.zip)

Not sure how it got left off the disc... that's a real mystery

hey Leigh,

I'm cruizin' through your book at the moment.

No crits, just a big thank you - your style is clear to the point without trying to sound too teacher-isch (you know what I mean)

Even for a seasoned LW user like me this book is great for refreshing some things you might have forgotten about. Your explanation of blending modes made sense and unravelled the mystery it seemed to be before.

Thanks for taking the time to write this gem !
