Very nice, its kind of like a metalic giger'esque alien. The texture seams to work very well across the surface but the poly count sounds a little high although its difficult to tell from the phong shaded example you have provided.
Good work though I look forward to blowing it up in the near future ;)
thx...
4644 is to high ? hmmm , haw can U tell if U dont know the engine ,
or maybe u think that I could do same with less polly ?
yehh i think he means you could prob acomplish the same results with a lower poly model but hey if the engine supports it then whats it matter.... unless you want people to be able to play it on slightly slower machines ;)

Model and textures look well done. It would be cool to see the wireframe though.

Looks great, I think a spec. map would compliment the texture greatly though - make it look a bit more metalic and all, if that's what your going for. Nice concept!
I was working on the shader , soon I'll send the results .
And it's gonna be more metalic ...
I have changed the shader ....

their does seem to be a lot of polys that could be removed but this model is ace !! so who cares ;)
Jody, could we see the texture map ?

That`s looking pretty sweet. My only gripe is that you are loosing some detail on the dark parts of the legs, and it looks a little muddy. Maybe it`s the lighting? I`m liking the roundness you achieved on the body and head with the normal maps. I definitely want to see some renders of it animated!
