Man, is it just me or is it a real pain in the ass that the Position parameter in the Align to Spline Expression only varies between 0 and 100% ??
I need that my object, in a specific amount of time, executes 2 revolutions in a path using this expression. Wouldn´t it be easier to keyframe initially at 0% and in the end, keyframe at 200%?

As it is, i calculate the rate R (% per frame) that my object needs to move in order to complete this two revolutions (this is just an example), when it reaches 100% i keyframe it, then keyframe the next frame with a percentage equal to the rate R, and again at the last frame, keyframe at 100%.
Am i beeing a total moron :curious: ? Is there a easy way to do this?

I guess programming a little COFFEE expression would be extremelly simple. But i don´t know to program COFFEE.
Anyway, thanks in advance for the help
(And sorry in advance if i´m beeing dumb)

To make things clearer, here´s a screenshot of the fcurve of the Position parameter, how i have it know. Wouldn´t it be easier if this parameter could continue above 100%?

Why not loop the sequence? In that case animate the ATS tag only to 99% so there's no pause between the loops.

Ok, guess i was beeing dumb. Thanks for the reply govinda, but i´ve written an xpresso expression o does the job just right. I only need to input the frequency of rotation and initial angle and voilá!

Anyway, still think that Align to Path expression should allow you to input values above 100%
