hi, i want a hand drawn/painted effect to all the objects in a scene without having to subdivide the surfaces and move each indiv point. i want basic object to look more natural...
is there a way of doing this?

If you want to make your scene look hand drawn, try using some of the painterly effects in the FX tree.
If you want to randomize the points on your object, select all your points and click Modify>Deform>Randomize.
U could try Deformers like Randomize, but... best bet is to push those points by hand or use Displacement map made in Zbrush :D
