View Full Version : unreal editor 3 question

i am not the biggest gamer but do play UT2k4 once in a while.

a group of my friends that i play with want to build their own levels. i know UT Editor 3 is out but its not a part of the UT2k4 pack.

I was just wondering where can i download it or does it come with another version of the game?

my copy of UT2004 has UnrealED version 3. although, it looks a lot like version 2. when you start it, look at the bottom left corner of the splash page.

also, if your using 3ds max 6, get the JAMLANDER plugin to help export your levels! works wonders.

my mistake for not checking the program directory where the Unreal Executable gets installed on my friends computer. the editor gets installed in the same directory as well

here's my other question: is the editor only on windows? i have a mac and wanna get a UT2k4 for it as well. from what it looks like its only on the windows version. is that right?
