CRAAAAAAAAAAPPPPPPPPP!!!!!!!!!!!
God this is driving me friggin CRAZY...
More problems guys....well i did my model in Zbrush and liked how it turned out...all excited i figured i would do the textures in zbrush and duplicate the texture and desaturate it for the bump map in maya (with alot of obvious tweeking since 1.55 doesnt do that automatically) Ok great I noticed these seems (pic below) Wah? I dont understand i tried fix seam nothing seems to work...It looks like a geometry crease or seam to me. It runs down the length of the character so i assume its a seam. Ok...so i figured let me get a jump start on the face at least so i can see what it will look like and figure out the seam later...WRONG agaaaaain....damn. I used texture master, right...now when i go to pick it, it does the subdivision thing it usually does but then it erases what i just painted....
I was like the hell with it...let me import my original maya model (obj.) did the converting to subd then back to poly to make it quads, as a tutorial i read said to do. Great. Now the thing comes in and i go to turn it its alllll stretched out! Damn this is getting frustrating...
