View Full Version : Low Poly Evil Terrorist
Loveless 07-26-2002, 08:21 AM I'm 13, this is my second textured object. I've been doing 3d for about 4 months. The character himself is 600 polygons, but the character + guns, backpack, etc, is roughly 1000. The gun still needs to be textured.
I used 1 512x512. The bumpmapping is fake

Wow, that's a really impressive model for a 13 year old! I don't think I coulda done that two years ago and I'm 23! I understand that you've been getting some help from Sean. He's a good guy to listen to. He is an excellent modeler. Stick with it and I'm sure that you'll become extremely successful! Keep it up!

Damn thats nice for your age. keep it up. when i was ur age (8 years ago) i would read about games and the industry but was lazy and never got off my ass to start modeling (even tho i couldn't afford i cpu :hmm: ). try and start to get photos and putting them in the background so u can have references, it will make ur models look 10 times betta and u will get use to modeling humans. good job.
